ANJ400 Introduction

The ANJ400 is a professional injector cleaner and tester designed for auto repair shops, garages, and automotive DIY enthusiasts.

It integrates ultrasonic cleaning, resistance testing, spray pattern analysis, and leak detection in one powerful machine.

With high-power ultrasonic cleaning (100W), a large 2400ML tank, and adjustable 0-8Bar pressure, it ensures precise cleaning and accurate diagnostics for EFI & GDI injectors.

ANJ400 11 injector-specific functions

01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.

02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.

04. High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.

05. Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.

06. Shift speed test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.

07. Leakage test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.

ANJ400 Main Features

1. The special structure design makes the disassembly and assembly of the fuel separator easier and greatly improves the work efficiency.

5. The unique fuel circuit depressurization technology can make the machine automatically depressurize in the case of sudden shutdown, avoiding equipment damage or personal injury.

✅1.Ultrasonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning is to use the penetrating and cavitation shock waves generated when ultrasonic waves propagate in the medium, and powerfully clean objects with complex shapes, cavities and pores to completely remove stubborn carbon deposits on the fuel injector.

✅2.Fuel Injector Cleaning & Tester

This function is to detect the atomization, dripping, blockage, fuel injection angle status of the fuel injectors and the size and balance of the fuel injection of each fuel injector at different speeds.

Operation Step:

Ultrasonic Cleaning Operation:
1.Pour in the injector detergent and place the injectors in the ultrasonic cleaner tank.
2.Connect the pulse signal wire and select the ultrasonic cleaning function to start working.

Fuel Injector Testing Operation:
1. Pour in the test liquid,install the fuel injector is to the fuel dstributor and fix main unit body
2. Test if the injector is leaking or blocked under different functions.

How to choose test fluid?

The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.

How to choose cleaning fluid?

Cleaning fluid is used to clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, and it is usually highly corrosive and flammable. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid. If it is not available locally, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the cleaning fluid, but note that the effect may not good enough.
