How to Connect APP and Wifi?

  1. 1. press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 3 s to search for Wi-Fi, and open the app to discover the device. You need to enable the app's location and Bluetooth permissions to search for the device.

  2. 2. Enter the same Wi-Fi name and password as your cellular network connection. Note: only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connections.

  3. 3. The device is connecting; the Wi-Fi indicator light on the panel will flash.

  4. 4. After the Wi-Fi connection is successful, the Wi-Fi button will display a continuous white light.

Q1: What is the maximum and minimum cat litter capacity?
A1: Maximum capacity: 4500g; Minimum capacity: 2000g.
Q2: Does it support all types of cat litter?
A2: Long-strip cat litter and tofu cat litter are not recommended. Fine cat litter provides the best using experience.
Q3: Does the device support 2.4G & 5G WiFi?
A3: Only 2.4G WiFi is supported (5G WiFi is not compatible).
Q4: Why does the cat litter box not clean automatically?
A4: Please check the two conditions below:
• A. The cat weighs more than 1.5KG and stays in the litter box for more than 10 seconds.
• B. After adding or refilling cat litter, please press the Smooth button to reset the device manually.
Q5: What is the correct cat litter adding sequence?
A5:
• A. Normal use: Pour cat litter first, then power on the device directly.
• B. Power on first before pouring cat litter, make sure to smooth it out and use the equipment normally.
• C. Daily use: Always press the Smooth button after refilling cat litter.
Q6: The orange indicator flashes rapidly after adding cat litter, how to fix it?
A6: Double-click the cleaning key, then single-click the Smooth button to complete device reset.
