1. This Gardenia Cooking Surface surface is controlled by a remote control attached to the induction cooker. For other brands,  it would be a built-in button panel on the front or in a drawer. Depending on your supplier or the brand, you can also control through an app on your phone.

2. Although it’s designed to be discreet, the remote features indicators to guide you to the cooking zones. If pots or pans aren’t detected on the surface, the system will emit a beep to alert you.
